Your Hansel eggplant is much farther along than mine. Those strawberries look yummy, we ate our first just yesterday! Kim
Kim- So glad you stopped by! I just on your blog and your daughter looks just beautiful! I think I started my eggplant too early, but it seems to have bounced back, somewhat anyway! I prepared the site with black mulch and a tunnel before planting it and it looks like it all worked out! Time will tell when we get the eggplant!
That eggplant looks so healthy compared to mine. Really pretty. My first farmer's market opened today so I got my strawberry fix. :>

I never even knew an eggplant blossom could be so pretty? But then I am partial to purple. How do you cook your eggplant?
