Tanya- I love eggplant, but it has to be prepared right for me to eat it. Eggplant parm was good and breading then frying/baking is good. It is an acquired taste, I think, and a lot of people don't acquire a taste for it :)
Lynn- I had to have a hysterectomy (they were able to leave ovaries, thankfully, but had to go in through c-section scar). Long story short, I had precancerous cells 1.5yrs ago. I tried alternative that didn't work and uterus had to come out. Surgery went well, but it did take them 6 hours to wake me up- scary!
Just recouping now- slow, but sure :)
