I wasn’t really prepared to do a post about our new yard, just yet, but I couldn’t resist sharing this!
This is part of the front and side yard- in the left-hand corner, you can see a small pond.
Part of back yard. Now that’s what I’m talking about- a storm and then sun!
More will follow, so stay tuned!
Happy Gardening,
Tessa

It looks beautiful there! I can't wait to see more of your new garden!
That's beautiful. Just keep it in your yard. I'll settle for just rain.
Lovely photos. It looks like you have a really big yard.
Stunning, and that soft covering of snow is so enticing. I love split rail fences, can't wait to get one of my own.
Congrats on your new place.
Jen
That fence has some nice structure and lines! Looks good with the snow gracing it...

Wow! What magnificent beauty!
Oh my! Wonderful!
Hello Tessa, here I can only dream for Christmas to be like this with those white snow covering all over. Enjoy the snow and the sun is good to keep you warm right?
Lovely garden...and you have snow!!! Where have you moved to?? Can't wait to see more pics and have you back blogging with us again!!
Looks like a beautiful winter wonderland. Love it!
Beautiful! Wow! You've got a great yard to play with...
Thanks for stopping by everyone...I've missed you!
Our new yard is pretty big- I'm sure I'll be asking you all to help id everything :)
Tanya- I've moved from Portland, OR to Redmond, OR. Quite a zone change! I love 4 seasons and especially love the sun in winter.
Kate- since you live in a zone 5, high altitude you'll be hearing from me more often :)
Happy Gardening to you and have a blessed Thanksgiving! I'll be posting when I can (still getting settled).
Tessa
OMG Tessa ! You live in one gorgeous area ! You will "grow" to appreciate a four seasons zone girl so keep that thought "planted" in your garden brain !! I love these pictures and that sky is going to be so dramatic to photograph .. I am jealous : ) .. we will have a lot more plants in common and a lot more groaning about this and that with our gardens ? LOL
hey girl .. I'll try to entertain you as I go through the cabin fever CRAZIES .. which no doubt I will ;-)
Look forward to seeing what you are up to here !
Happy Thanksgiving : )
Joy
Tessa, it's been so long! Hope you get settled so we can see more of you. Your yard has such beautiful far range views....LOVE IT! But don't send me any snow just quite yet...
Lynn
Tessa! Welcome to the 'hood! I'm excited that you have moved to Central Oregon. I hope we get to meet in person soon. You do know that Redmond is a real banana belt, compared to Bend? lucky you. And great view. Whereabouts in Redmond is your house? Let me know when you are ready to socialize and I'll have you down for tea.
Cheers from the cold south county.......
Hi Tessa. I've sort of lost touch with you over the summer. I'm glad you commented on my blog so I could catch up again. Sorry to hear you've had surgery. Hope you recover quickly (I know it's never quick enough but at least it's winter time, right? Not gardening season) I didn't know you had moved either. Can't wait to see all of your new garden and what you do with it. Are you planning on being a seed starting guru again this spring?
btw, there wasn't a link as to the new zone changes. If I come across anything, I'll forward it to you. Congrats on your new home.
Oh dear, snow. Maybe if you turned it off on your blog it wouldn't be overflowing into your yard.
Calling for snow in the Vancouver, B.C. area tonight. Yuck.
Tessa it looks so pretty with all of the fresh snow on it. Love the rails.
Happy Holidays to you and yours.
Happy holidays and enjoy that snow!! Ours has been and gone!
Oh I can see the snow falling, Tessa. Merry Christmas. Here's wishing you a great year ahead
I adore split rail fences...I can't wait to see your yard 'uncovered'! Have a happy, healthy, and blessed new year!
Ps...send some snow my way would you? Kim
Thanks for stopping by my blog...which led me to YOUR blog...which is just lovely! Congratulations on your new move - never an easy thing, but usually so rewarding in the end....beautiful snowy pics, too!
